Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience in f&b environments
  • at least 3 years supervisory experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • knowledge of state liquor laws or alcohol awareness certificate
  • ability to prepare banquet style events
  • strong budgetary and cost control skills
  • excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume f&b environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • a degree in food and beverage management is preferred but not required
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
  • experience preparing banquet style events
  • knowledge of state liquor laws and or have a state alcohol awareness certificate
  • strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
  • excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • adhere to the companys mandated f&b menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow as it relates to bar operations
  • review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
  • work with the operations team and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute for all events, supervising the preparation and service of all beverage including cleanup
  • assist with bartending when needed
  • estimate beverage consumption and make purchases as appropriate from the specified bar program
  • schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
  • work with the centers management to recruit, hire, train, and retain a rock star bar staff
  • ensure that product quality, freshness, and presentation are always at company standard
  • supervise and oversee preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
  • facilitate and manage all bar equipment maintenance
  • implement and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local department of health regulations
