Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience behind the bar in a similar environment
- management experience strongly preferred
- excellent food and beverage knowledge
- excellent verbal and written communication
- understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- preferred bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise
- English fluency required, Spanish preferred

- excellent food and beverage knowledge
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- preferred bachelor’s degree or certification in a hospitality-related field or equivalent experience
- fluency in English required, Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members
- participate actively in the cycle of service as a manager on the restaurant floor
- maintain a compelling and brand-aligned cocktail, liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage program
- ensure beverage-related expenses meet or stay below budget
- grow and maintain a thriving bar business that exceeds sales targets
- enforce proper systems and procedures for efficiency and profitability
- perform monthly inventory of all beverage products
- provide training and education to service and bar team members
- maintain accuracy of POS systems, inventory systems, and beverage information
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, maintaining DOH compliance
- foster positive working relationships with all leaders and staff
- provide feedback and guidance promoting team growth
- recruit and build the bar and service team
- ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and health department regulations
