Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience including bartending
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification required upon hire
- Alcohol Awareness training certification required upon hire
- Certified Food Protection Manager required upon hire
- Proficiency with computerized hospitality POS system
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and MS Office suite preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to synthesize information and problem-solve

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience including bartending
- Previous management or supervisory experience or hospitality management training preferred
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred, required upon hire
- Certified in Alcohol Awareness training preferred, required upon hire
- Certified Food Protection Manager required upon hire
- Experience in arts, cultural or entertainment organizations, and/or non-profit organizations strongly preferred
- Proficiency with computerized hospitality POS system
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and MS Office suite preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Job Duties
- Manage inventory including product ordering and maintaining pars
- Assist rental team with food and beverage offers and event support
- Maintain safety, health, and equipment standards in compliance with liquor and food laws
- Coordinate bar-related financial and staffing reports with finance and payroll departments
- Administer point of sales (POS) system including programming, set-up, and staff training
- Participate in event planning and preparation meetings to stay informed and adjust resources
- Supervise and coach bartenders and concessions staff fostering exemplary customer service
