Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to manage bar/lounge operations
- Knowledge of beverage control and liquor laws
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability to work full time
- Ability to handle guest complaints and promote high customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with four years of experience in food and beverage or related area
- OR a two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with two years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of financial and inventory control
- Experience in marketing and event management
- Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff training and development
- Familiarity with social media and public relations
Job Duties
- Manage daily Bar/Lounge operations and supervise staff
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and community relations programs
- Control purchases, inventory, and negotiate with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws and hotel policies
- Coordinate and book entertainment and events for the Bar/Lounge
- Monitor and maintain beverage control and inventory accuracy
- Foster an environment focused on exceptional guest experiences and staff training
