Job Requirements
- Ability to perform all essential duties to a satisfactory standard
- must be able to obtain all locally required licenses and certifications such as TIPS or ServeSafe
- uphold high guest contact standards and maintain excellence
- supervise all hourly employees in food and beverage outlets
- possess basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- apply common sense and problem-solving skills
- able to meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or restaurant management preferred or equivalent experience
- two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of food service operations and various service styles
- good working knowledge of English language for effective communication
- ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly
- strong supervisory skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the bar while ensuring guest satisfaction
- supervise the setup, restock, and cleanliness of the bar area
- perform job duties according to company and restaurant service, food, beverage, and wine manuals
- oversee and assist the front of house team with service elements
- communicate and cooperate with bartenders, sommeliers, and managers for service execution
- describe dinner features, menu changes, and daily additions to guests
- conduct continuous training of service team regarding spirits and cocktails
- participate in pre-shift meetings and learn new menu items
- collaborate with culinary management to design menus and beverage lists
- control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory
- take regular inventory of bar supplies and equipment
