Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift up to 10 hours
- frequent bending and stooping required
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- must be able to read and write English
- must be able to hear well among loud background noise
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- manage, train, and develop hourly team members
- prepare schedules and ensure proper staffing
- oversee bar operations ensuring product quality and cleanliness
- manage inventory and beverage costs
- act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
- maintain proper security procedures
