Job Requirements
- thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails
- ability to utilize restaurant POS software
- great attitude and positive outlook
- strong customer service
- ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
- excellent oral communication skills
- relevant training or certificate
- experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
- high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years working as a bartender
- management skills preferred

Job Duties
- manage business aspects of the bar such as maintaining liquor license
- negotiate supplier contracts
- take inventory and reorder supplies
- manage budgets and set operational goals
- create monthly and seasonal creative cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- collaborate with distributors to source new products
- lead bar staff and maintain excellent customer service
