Job Requirements

  • thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails
  • ability to utilize restaurant POS software
  • great attitude and positive outlook
  • strong customer service
  • ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • relevant training or certificate
  • experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years working as a bartender
  • management skills preferred

Job Duties

  • manage business aspects of the bar such as maintaining liquor license
  • negotiate supplier contracts
  • take inventory and reorder supplies
  • manage budgets and set operational goals
  • create monthly and seasonal creative cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
  • collaborate with distributors to source new products
  • lead bar staff and maintain excellent customer service
