Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing bar operations in a luxury or upscale setting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- 5-10 years of management experience in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining environment
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and bar operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards
- Lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
- Develop schedules, manage staff performance, and foster a positive, professional team culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to high-end dining standards
- Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control
- Track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budget forecasts
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and refined guest service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships
