Job Requirements
- 3+ years of bartending experience
- 1+ year in a leadership or management role preferred
- Ability to obtain a TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha preferred
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and cost controls
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to speak, read, and understand basic directions
- Maintains a polished, professional appearance
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues

Job Duties
- Lead the bar team by modeling exceptional service, professionalism, and hospitality
- Utilize creativity and bartending expertise to create, prepare, and oversee the execution of beverage recipes
- Train, develop, and coach bar staff to ensure consistent preparation, presentation, and service
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Resolve equipment issues quickly and coordinate bar maintenance and repairs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors
- Maintain accurate inventories, par levels, and ordering procedures
- process receipts, invoices, and credit statements
- Handle cash, deposits, and nightly close-out procedures with accuracy
- Analyze financial variances and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to strategic planning and attend weekly manager meetings
- Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled
- Conduct daily lineups and motivate the team
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and promptly address concerns
- Oversee floor operations supporting front-of-house staff
- Maintain restaurant ambiance including lighting, music, and presentation
- Uphold all alcohol regulations to ensure compliance
- Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations
