Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- or two-year degree from an accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- ability to manage bar/lounge staff and operations
- knowledge of liquor control policies and beverage laws
- hands-on experience with inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including peak periods

Job Duties
- create unique guest experiences that attract hotel and non-hotel guests
- maximize financial performance by understanding local market and positioning outlet
- promote bar/lounge through menu planning, marketing, and public relations
- maintain high standards and compliance with beverage and liquor laws
- manage daily bar/lounge operations and supervise staff during shifts
- handle liquor inventories and control costs effectively
- coordinate and execute events to enhance guest experience
