Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
- At least 3 years supervisory experience
- Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant industries
- Knowledge of state liquor laws or Alcohol Awareness certification
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage profit and loss statements
- Capability to lead and develop a bar team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in food and beverage management preferred but not required
- Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing banquet style events
- Knowledge of state liquor laws or possession of a state Alcohol Awareness certificate
- Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Job Duties
- Adhere to the companys mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to bar operations
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to plan and execute events
- Supervise beverage preparation, service, and cleanup during events
- Estimate beverage consumption and manage inventory purchases
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff
- Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation comply with company standards
- Oversee the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all beverages
- Manage bar equipment maintenance and sanitation audits
- Ensure compliance with local Department of Health regulations
