Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
  • At least 3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant industries
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws or Alcohol Awareness certification
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage profit and loss statements
  • Capability to lead and develop a bar team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in food and beverage management preferred but not required
  • Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • Experience preparing banquet style events
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws or possession of a state Alcohol Awareness certificate
  • Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the companys mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to bar operations
  • Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to plan and execute events
  • Supervise beverage preparation, service, and cleanup during events
  • Estimate beverage consumption and manage inventory purchases
  • Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation comply with company standards
  • Oversee the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all beverages
  • Manage bar equipment maintenance and sanitation audits
  • Ensure compliance with local Department of Health regulations
