Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand up to 10 hours
- frequent bending and stooping required
- must lift up to 30 lbs
- ability to read and write English
- ability to hear well in noisy environments
- willingness to work varied shifts
- must have food and beverage safety knowledge
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or college coursework preferred
- minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage daily bar operations including guest interaction and staff support
- ensure beverage quality through cleanliness, organization, and inventory control
- act as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
- ensure proper security procedures are followed
