Job Requirements
- must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- frequent bending and stooping required

Job Qualifications
- college coursework with bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage budgets and control costs
- knowledge of bar equipment and maintenance
- proficient in inventory management
- ability to maintain a positive and motivating work environment
Job Duties
- Drives sales through local marketing initiatives and promotions
- identifies operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
- staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
- manages daily bar operations including guest interaction and quality assurance
- maintains high standards of cleanliness and beverage quality
- oversees purchasing, inventory, and supplier inspections
- acts as Manager on Duty in General Manager’s absence
- ensures security protocols are followed
- collaborates with team to promote local events
- prepares schedules based on manpower planning
- addresses guest issues and complaints promptly
- ensures recipe standards adherence
- manages budget compliance related to labor and beverage costs
