Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and plan effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated self-motivation and accountability
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
