Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or fine dining environments
  • food manager certification
  • deep knowledge of classic cocktail preparation wine and spirits
  • strong understanding of financials scheduling and operational systems
  • proven leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage costs inventory and team performance effectively
  • must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
