Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of management experience in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining environment
  • deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and bar operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards
  • lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
  • develop schedules, manage staff performance, and foster a positive, professional team culture
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to high-end dining standards
  • curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits
  • manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control
  • track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budget forecasts
  • deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and refined guest service
  • resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships
