Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining environment
- deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and bar operations
- strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards
- lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
- develop schedules, manage staff performance, and foster a positive, professional team culture
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to high-end dining standards
- curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits
- manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control
- track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budget forecasts
- deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and refined guest service
- resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships
