Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • Experience preparing banquet style events
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws and/or have a state Alcohol Awareness certificate
  • Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
  • Experience preparing banquet style events

  • Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to bar operations
  • Review monthly profit & loss statements and make necessary adjustments
  • Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute events including beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
  • Assist with bartending when needed
  • Estimate beverage consumption and make purchases in accordance with the bar program
  • Schedule staff efficiently according to business volume
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff collaboratively with center management
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation meet company standards
  • Oversee preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of beverages
  • Manage bar equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations
