Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing banquet style events
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and/or have a state Alcohol Awareness certificate
- Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to bar operations
- Review monthly profit & loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute events including beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
- Assist with bartending when needed
- Estimate beverage consumption and make purchases in accordance with the bar program
- Schedule staff efficiently according to business volume
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff collaboratively with center management
- Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation meet company standards
- Oversee preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of beverages
- Manage bar equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations
