Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume f&b environments
- at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- experience preparing banquet style events
- knowledge of state liquor laws or state alcohol awareness certificate
- strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- adhere to the company’s mandated f&b menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to bar operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
- work with the operations team and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events including preparation, service, and cleanup of beverages
- assist with bartending when needed
- estimate beverage consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
- work with management to recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- supervise the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all beverages
- manage bar equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with local department of health regulations
