Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years' bartending experience
  • Knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails
  • Experience with restaurant POS software
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Positive attitude and great outlook
  • Relevant training or certification
  • Management skills preferred

  • Thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails
  • Experience with full bar service including wine, beer, and crafted cocktails
  • Relevant training or certification in bartending or beverage service

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Management skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage bar operations and business aspects such as liquor license compliance
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Take inventory and reorder supplies as needed
  • Manage budgets and set operational goals for the bar
  • Oversee full bar service including cocktails, wine, and beer offerings
  • Utilize restaurant POS software for sales and inventory management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive team environment
