Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails
- Experience with restaurant POS software
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and great outlook
- Relevant training or certification
- Management skills preferred

Job Duties
- Manage bar operations and business aspects such as liquor license compliance
- Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Take inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Manage budgets and set operational goals for the bar
- Oversee full bar service including cocktails, wine, and beer offerings
- Utilize restaurant POS software for sales and inventory management
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive team environment
