Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of bar management experience in a luxury or upscale dining environment
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • Knowledge of health safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of management experience in a high-end upscale or fine dining environment
  • Deep knowledge of spirits wines craft cocktails and bar operations
  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards
  • Lead train and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
  • Develop schedules manage staff performance and foster a positive professional team culture
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness organization and ambiance to high-end dining standards
  • Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails fine wines and top-shelf spirits
  • Manage inventory purchasing and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control
  • Track inventory levels order supplies and manage budget forecasts
  • Deliver attentive knowledgeable and refined guest service
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships
