Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds including beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well in noisy environments
- Prior bar and restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of bar operations
- Ability to manage staff and schedules
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
- Staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- Manage daily operations including scheduling and guest interaction
- Ensure beverage quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and purchasing to control costs
- Oversee bar equipment maintenance and security procedures
