Job Requirements

  • Must be able to walk and stand up to 10 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending and stooping
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds including beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well in noisy environments
  • Prior bar and restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of bar operations
  • Ability to manage staff and schedules

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identify operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
  • Staff, train, and develop hourly team members
  • Manage daily operations including scheduling and guest interaction
  • Ensure beverage quality and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory and purchasing to control costs
  • Oversee bar equipment maintenance and security procedures
