Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- valid food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications if required by law
- minimum 2 years restaurant experience desirable
- prior management experience desirable
- understanding of labor laws and health codes
- ability to train and motivate team members
- strong communication and organizational skills

- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth execution
- manage cost of sales and control variances
- provide leadership and training to bartenders
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety protocols
- maintain responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards
- handle safety and security systems and procedures
- support and develop team members for optimal performance
