Job Duties
- oversee all bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest bar experience
- lead and coach the bar team to support their professional and personal development
- develop and refine a winning beverage program that aligns with brand standards
- manage bar performance including team health, guest satisfaction, brand value, and financial goals
- ensure compliance with all safety, HR, and operational policies to maintain a safe environment
- collaborate with management to meet company-wide targets
- foster a fun, energetic, and welcoming bar atmosphere while prioritizing responsible service
