Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently bend and stoop
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to hear well in loud environments
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with financial and inventory management
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify and address operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
- Staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- Manage daily bar operations including guest interactions and scheduling
- Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and beverage cost control
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
