Job Requirements

  • Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to frequently bend and stoop
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be able to hear well in loud environments

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with financial and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identify and address operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
  • Staff, train, and develop hourly team members
  • Manage daily bar operations including guest interactions and scheduling
  • Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and beverage cost control
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
