Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Previous bartending and related experience required
  • At least three years of management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have or be able to obtain TAM Card
  • Must have or be able to obtain Health Card
  • Ability to handle intoxicated guests professionally
  • Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, twisting, stretching, and kneeling
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Minimum three years of management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to handle intoxicated guests professionally
  • Possess or ability to obtain TAM and Health Cards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Create and implement a bar program to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Order all bar products and maintain vendor communication on delivery standards
  • Implement and manage cost compliance systems in bar and beverage operations
  • Maintain and update bar and cocktail standards of procedures
  • Manage waste, comps, voids, and discounts effectively
  • Interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar personnel
  • Ensure employees have proper health and TAM cards and uphold compliance standards
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Handle all other assigned duties
