- two years of restaurant or family entertainment center (FEC) management in a high volume environment preferred
- proven leadership and team management skills

- working knowledge of cost controls
Job Duties
- Lead team members with integrity and purpose

- manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and quality product
- develop staff
- provide direct and honest feedback regarding individual performance
- manage staff training and employee relations
- ensure high staff morale
- participate actively in recruitment and retention of staff
- maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor, and cash control
- manage labor costs within budget
- ensure site inspections meet standards
- maintain organization and cleanliness of departmental areas
- coordinate scheduling and planning for events with sales department
- oversee and inventory unit equipment areas
