Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- knowledge of beverage control and liquor laws
- strong organizational and leadership abilities
- effective communication skills
- capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Job Qualifications

- 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage financial and operational aspects of bar/lounge
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily bar and lounge operations
- supervise bar and lounge staff
- develop and implement marketing and public relations programs
- maintain compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws
- control purchases, inventory, and costs
- coordinate and execute events and entertainment
- ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
