Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
  • minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • knowledge of beverage control and liquor laws
  • strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • effective communication skills
  • capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage financial and operational aspects of bar/lounge
  • excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily bar and lounge operations
  • supervise bar and lounge staff
  • develop and implement marketing and public relations programs
  • maintain compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws
  • control purchases, inventory, and costs
  • coordinate and execute events and entertainment
  • ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
