Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Relevant training or certificate in bartending or related field
- Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
- Great attitude and positive outlook
- Experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
- Availability for night and weekend shifts preferred

Job Duties
- Manage the business aspects of the bar such as maintaining liquor license
- Negotiate supplier contracts to optimize costs and quality
- Conduct inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Manage budgets and set financial goals for the bar
- Oversee daily bar operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance
- Coordinate scheduling and training of bar employees
