Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well among loud background noise
- Minimum 2 years bar experience
- Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
- College coursework with preference for Bachelor’s Degree

- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours
- Able to hear in noisy environments
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staff, train and develop bartenders
- Manage daily bar operations including scheduling and guest interaction
- Ensure beverage quality and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and beverage cost control
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
