Job Requirements

  • Education level of high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
  • minimum 2 years bar experience
  • prior experience in purchasing and production
  • ability to walk and stand for up to 10 hours
  • ability to bend and stoop frequently
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • effective English reading and writing skills
  • ability to hear well amidst loud background noise

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • prior experience in purchasing and production
  • ability to read and write English
  • ability to hear well among loud noise

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
  • staff, train, and develop hourly team members
  • manage daily bar operations ensuring product quality and guest satisfaction
  • maintain beverage quality and cleanliness standards
  • manage inventory and bar equipment maintenance
  • oversee restaurant operations as acting Manager on Duty in General Manager's absence
