Job Requirements
- Education level of high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum 2 years bar experience
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- ability to walk and stand for up to 10 hours
- ability to bend and stoop frequently
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- effective English reading and writing skills
- ability to hear well amidst loud background noise
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred
- minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience
- minimum 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- ability to read and write English
- ability to hear well among loud noise
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage daily bar operations ensuring product quality and guest satisfaction
- maintain beverage quality and cleanliness standards
- manage inventory and bar equipment maintenance
- oversee restaurant operations as acting Manager on Duty in General Manager's absence
