Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- at least 1 year progressive experience in hotel or related field
- prior supervisory experience
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- understanding of health department rules and liquor laws
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- maintain high standards of personal appearance
- comply with safety and hotel regulations
- willingness to work long hours
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force
- maintain regular attendance
- attend all required trainings
- ability to handle and resolve problems
- maintain confidentiality
- perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- high school diploma required
- college coursework in related field helpful
- previous supervisory responsibility
