Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- Ability to manage bar/lounge operations
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal beverage laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Capability to manage budgets and inventories
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
- Strong understanding of beverage control and liquor laws
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Budget comprehension and financial management skills
Job Duties
- Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures
- Manage compliance with all local, state, and federal beverage and liquor laws
- Monitor beverage control including inventory, pars, portion control, cost controls, sales analysis
- Enforce liquor control policies and procedures
- Assist with menu development and promotions
- Train staff on liquor control policies
- Supervise staffing levels and communicate critical information to staff
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback and complaints
- Support new hire training and participate in corrective action plans
