Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for entire shifts up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- Must have good hearing in noisy environments
- Must follow training plans and complete required paperwork
- Ability to handle staff scheduling and performance reviews
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Ability to read and write English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of beverage cost control and inventory management
Job Duties
- Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
- Prepares schedules and manages staffing needs
- Manages daily operations including guest interaction and quality standards
- Ensures beverage quality and inventory control
- Oversees restaurant operations in absence of General Manager
