Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for entire shifts up to 10 hours
  • Frequent bending and stooping required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
  • Must have good hearing in noisy environments
  • Must follow training plans and complete required paperwork
  • Ability to handle staff scheduling and performance reviews
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of beverage cost control and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
  • Staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
  • Prepares schedules and manages staffing needs
  • Manages daily operations including guest interaction and quality standards
  • Ensures beverage quality and inventory control
  • Oversees restaurant operations in absence of General Manager
