Job Requirements

  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
  • frequent bending and stooping required
  • must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
  • must be able to hear well in loud environments
  • must be able to read and write English
  • minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • minimum of 2 years of bar experience
  • college coursework preferred

  • College coursework with bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • minimum of 2 years of bar experience
  • extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • prior experience in purchasing and production
  • ability to read and write English
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
  • identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
  • staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
  • manages operations during scheduled shifts including guest interaction and staff support
  • ensures beverage quality and cleanliness
  • manages inventory efficiently and cost-effectively
  • oversees restaurant operation as acting manager on duty in the absence of general manager
