Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
- frequent bending and stooping required
- must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- must be able to hear well in loud environments
- must be able to read and write English
- minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years of bar experience
- college coursework preferred

Job Duties
- Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
- identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
- manages operations during scheduled shifts including guest interaction and staff support
- ensures beverage quality and cleanliness
- manages inventory efficiently and cost-effectively
- oversees restaurant operation as acting manager on duty in the absence of general manager
