Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
  • frequent bending and stooping required
  • must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • must have good hearing to manage loud environments
  • previous bar and restaurant management experience
  • knowledge of local market and competitors
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 2 years of bar experience
  • knowledge of bar operations
  • prior experience in purchasing and production
  • ability to coach and develop team members
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in managing financial and operational aspects
  • ability to handle physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
  • staff, train, and develop hourly team members
  • manage daily bar operations including staff support and guest interaction
  • maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • manage inventory, purchasing, and beverage production efficiently
  • oversee bar equipment operations and preventive maintenance
  • act as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
  • ensure proper security procedures are in place
  • address guest complaints and provide exceptional customer service
