Job Requirements
- College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years bar experience
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- ability to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- frequent bending and stooping
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- must be able to read and write English
- must be able to hear well in loud background noise
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify and implement operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
- collaborate with bartenders and key employees to promote local events
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage daily bar operations including guest interaction and staff support
- maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and organization
- oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
- ensure compliance with all bar standards and security procedures
- act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
- handle guest and vendor relations issues
- influence hiring and termination decisions
