Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to adhere to the hotel’s core values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences
