Job Duties
- Train and lead a team of servers in a restaurant
- greet guests, seat at tables, take their orders
- ensure timely and accurate serving of orders
- offer promotional menus
- address and solve customer concerns
- take responsibility for serving staff when manager is occupied
- open and close venues when needed
- run floor without manager during admin hours
- ensure cleanliness checkout is completed with staff
- perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
