Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by state laws and Buffalo Wild Wings policy
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Must be reliable and dependable with punctuality and schedule adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high intensity for extended periods
- Ability to handle money accurately and process credit card transactions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members and managers
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by state laws and company policy
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience preferred
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service procedures
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately
- Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Conflict management and problem resolution skills
Job Duties
- Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversation
- Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption and comply with responsible alcohol service procedures
- Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve guests and manage large crowds
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per Buffalo Wild Wings Standard Operating Procedures
- Inform guests of the Beer of the Month and make suggestions upon request
- Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
- Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of stemware, glassware, garnishes, and prepare, wash, and sterilize items to replenish inventory
- Collect and accurately process guest payments per company standards
- Take precautions to limit problems related to excessive drinking
- Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or guests
- Maintain clean and sanitary bar area and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
