Job Duties
- Deliver unforgettable above-and-beyond guest service aligned with Gateway and Merlin standards
- Drive revenue through upselling promotions and supporting F&B initiatives
- Maintain top-tier hygiene safety licensing and alcohol compliance at all times
- Flex across outlets special events and fast-paced indoor/outdoor environments
- Provide high-quality kid-focused service with a friendly positive team attitude
- Handle full service flow POS use orders setup/clear down and cost control
- Communicate clearly meet guest expectations and represent the Merlin brand proudly
