Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of current general manager experience in restaurant or bar settings
- supervisory experience
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage a team with integrity and accountability
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including late nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to take initiative and work without micromanagement
Job Qualifications
- Hands-on GM Restaurant or Bar leadership experience in Hospitality operations
- must have Supervisory experience
- Experience leading a team with integrity and accountability
- Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
- Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
- Must be available to work late nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
