Job Requirements
- Must have active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
- Must have active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- Must be able to execute light lifting up to 30 lbs as well as transport and position kegs weighing up to 130 lbs
- Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods
- Must have the ability to move with caution and operate in a dimly lit and sometimes loud environment
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume food production environment preferred but not required
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment

- Being a cinephile is a plus
Job Duties
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the companys core values code of conduct and operational guidelines
- Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy knowledgeable about all Alamo policies and procedures
- Field organize and prepare guest drink tickets based on approved operational processes focused on safety quality accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize tools such as jiggers measurers spoons shakers and any other tools required by Alamo bar operations protocols for all preparations
- Communicate needs concerns and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
- Clean prep organize and maintain bar areas as needed and assigned
- Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
