Job Requirements

  • Must be able to execute light lifting up to 30 lbs as well as transport and position kegs weighing up to 130 lbs
  • Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods
  • Ability to move with caution and operate in a dimly lit and sometimes loud environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume food production environment preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Schedule flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
  • Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
  • Being a cinephile is a plus

Job Duties

  • Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
  • Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
  • Field, organize, and prepare guest drink tickets based on approved operational processes focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Utilize tools such as jiggers, measurers, spoons, shakers, and other bar operation tools for all preparations
  • Communicate needs, concerns, and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
  • Clean, prep, organize, and maintain bar areas as needed and assigned
  • Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
