Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
- Must have active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and transport kegs up to 130 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume food production environment preferred but not required
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
- Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- Being a cinephile is a plus
Job Duties
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the companys core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
- Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
- Field, organize, and prepare guest drink tickets based on approved operational processes focused on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Utilize tools such as jiggers, measurers, spoons, and shakers for all drink preparations according to bar operation protocols
- Communicate needs, concerns, and other important points with teammates and managers regularly
- Clean, prep, organize, and maintain bar areas as needed and assigned
- Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
