Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of six months experience in a bar-related leadership role
- Ability to read and speak English
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, noon, and evenings on an on-call/event-based schedule
- Must provide written availability on a regular and consistent basis
- Experience working in fast-paced, high volume catering or restaurant environment as bartender or mixologist
- High School Diploma, GED, or related food service job experience
- Must acquire and maintain ServeSafe Food Handlers Card, ServeSafe or eTIPS Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with employees, co-workers, management, and guests
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate all bar functions during events
- Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure all food, beverage, seating, and special requests are met
- Lead and mentor bar staff in mixology techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Create and curate signature cocktails and innovative drink menus inspired by trends and guest preferences
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to assign stations, review orders, and ensure appearance and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper setup, handling, and storage of all bar equipment, china, glassware, silverware, linens, and props
- Monitor guest consumption accurately and manage inventory to maintain sufficient beverage stock
