Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- ability to work in fast-paced event-driven environment
- knowledge of beverage service operations and inventory control
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in bars, concessions, catering, or event venues
- previous supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or event environment preferred
- experience in convention centers, stadiums, arenas, or large event venues is a plus
- strong customer service focus and ability to work collaboratively with event staff
- excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- strong leadership and team management skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- knowledge of beverage service operations and inventory control
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems preferred
- basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations for banquets, concessions, and catering events
- ensure all bar locations are properly set up, stocked, and staffed prior to events
- take part in monthly and quarterly inventories of all liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnish, equipment and service ware
- provide directions and support to bar staff during service events
- monitor beverage service to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction
- coordinate with food and beverage leadership and event staff to support event timelines and service needs
- verify proper pricing of all beverage menu items in POS systems
