Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • ability to work in fast-paced event-driven environment
  • knowledge of beverage service operations and inventory control
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems preferred
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • availability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in bars, concessions, catering, or event venues
  • previous supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or event environment preferred
  • experience in convention centers, stadiums, arenas, or large event venues is a plus
  • strong customer service focus and ability to work collaboratively with event staff
  • excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • knowledge of beverage service operations and inventory control
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems preferred
  • basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily bar operations for banquets, concessions, and catering events
  • ensure all bar locations are properly set up, stocked, and staffed prior to events
  • take part in monthly and quarterly inventories of all liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnish, equipment and service ware
  • provide directions and support to bar staff during service events
  • monitor beverage service to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction
  • coordinate with food and beverage leadership and event staff to support event timelines and service needs
  • verify proper pricing of all beverage menu items in POS systems
