Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and Buffalo Wild Wings policy
- Ability to engage guests with friendly and enthusiastic communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling payments
- Ability to comply with company rules, policies, and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and Buffalo Wild Wings policy
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience
- Knowledge of common drinks and ability to make drink suggestions
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service procedures
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately
- Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
- Conflict management and problem resolution skills
Job Duties
- Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversation
- Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures
- Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve guests and manage large crowds
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per Buffalo Wild Wings Standard Operating Procedures and specifications
- Inform guests of the Beer of the Month and make suggestions upon request
- Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
- Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, equipment, and glassware
- Collect and accurately process guest payments
- Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests
