Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, locking doors
- set up, stock and maintain work areas
- stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
- remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables and other tools following guidelines
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
