Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume upscale setting
  • TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required
  • physical ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume upscale setting
  • comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages cocktail recipes preparation techniques appropriate glassware and bar equipment including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required
  • strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
  • basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking
  • physical ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wine beer and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
  • create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes
  • ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards
  • greet and engage guests with a friendly welcoming attitude and provide personalized service
  • take drink orders from guests and servers answering inquiries about menu options
  • handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • set up the bar at the beginning of each shift ensuring that all equipment garnishes and supplies are ready for service
