Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume upscale setting
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required
- physical ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume upscale setting
- comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages cocktail recipes preparation techniques appropriate glassware and bar equipment including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required
- strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking
- physical ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wine beer and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
- create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes
- ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards
- greet and engage guests with a friendly welcoming attitude and provide personalized service
- take drink orders from guests and servers answering inquiries about menu options
- handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction
- set up the bar at the beginning of each shift ensuring that all equipment garnishes and supplies are ready for service
