Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required
  • Bartending experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and preparation techniques
  • TIPS certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to provide outstanding guest service
  • Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required, with bartending experience highly preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, appropriate glassware, and bar equipment, including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service (TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required)
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
  • Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes
  • Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards
  • Greet and engage guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, and providing personalized service
  • Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering inquiries about menu options
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift, ensuring that all equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service
